PopStroke is putting with a scoreboard. Two 18-hole courses on synthetic greens, indoors and climate controlled, with a screen at every hole reporting par, distance, and where you stand. It is designed as entertainment, and it works as entertainment, but it also happens to be the only venue in this log where a full round gets scored every single visit.

As a place to get better, that is the point. The greens are fast and true, the reads are real, and a card of +3, +5, then +2 across three rounds is exactly the kind of small, honest trend line this section is built to track. Nothing about a driver gets fixed here. Everything about pace, line, and the last six feet does.

The year-long membership was an easy call. When the Nashville heat gets punitive, this is where a golf day still happens, with Misty, with a score, and with a reason to come back and beat it.
